Halifax Rowing Association

 Membership

Membership in the Halifax Rowing Association provides access to the only rowing facility in Volusia County, a finger on the pulse of local rowing activity, and entitles its members to year-round access to a variety of functions and events.

Limited boat storage, lockers, showers and changing areas are available. Rowing ergometers and weight equipment is also available for member use. All equipment use requires certain levels of supervision until members are properly trained on its use.

Membership fees and annual dues are modest when compared to other clubs offering similar services in other parts of the State. These dues form the basis for maintaining the club in a financially viable state and are supplemented by a variety of fund-raising campaigns, contributions and by many members who sacrifice personal time and effort to assist with coaching, maintenance and repairs.
